I found the interview process to be unsatisfactory. After the initial interview, it took approximately three weeks to receive a response, followed by another two weeks before the subsequent interview. Since then, I have not heard back from the company. I believe this lack of communication is unprofessional, particularly from management. Specifically, I was disappointed that Alex did not respond to my emails like a real manager.
