I completed a phone interview, which was pretty standard. After that, they sent me a link to KIRA, in which I was presented with a pre-recorded video prompt and then my verbal responses were recorded with video. After that, I was invited for a face-to-face interview over lunch. When they made the offer I had to complete a background check and submit the usual paperwork. There was about a week in between each phase of the process, so it took roughly a month.
