I was contacted to schedule an interview over the phone. During the phone interview I was asked to solve math questions and explain concepts on the spot. Such as what is SOH COH TOA. What does a specific trigonometric function look like. The next step was taking skill test to ensure I could teach the subject with out hesitation. Once my skill test were completed, along with my paperwork I was then interviewed over the computer. I sat with an employee via Varsity tutors. I had a mock session where I taught the interviewer a math concept. I also was asked afterwards to construct a lesson plan I choose the FOIL method. After I was interviewed I was offered the job at that time and asked to complete any other paperwork that was necessary.
