The Interview Process was relatively straight forward, painless, and moved along fairly quickly - minus a technical glitch I encountered once (the interviews are all conducted online). I had two online video interviews and a final phone call "orientation" which took no longer than 15-20 minutes after I was offered the job. Everything else seems to be done online via their website/my personal account I have with them in which they notify me of available tutoring opportunities. The last step is to fill out your tutor profile which should include a picture and a personal statement listing your hobbies and specialty areas for teaching. I interviewed and was hired within 2-3 weeks of sending in my initial job application!

You are sent a link to an online video interview. They ask you about previous tutoring experience and the last question was asking you to do a mock-tutoring session. It's very awkward because you have to make up what you want to teach on the spot, but you get unlimited time to think of responses.
