Had a brief interview on the phone to obtain my background and then an online interview using their platform where they asked me to teach them a few sample problems. Phone interview had standard personality questions while online they asked you about the subjects you were interested in teaching and asked about your teaching methodology.

I answered questions about how I would respond to various teaching scenarios in real time. The interviewer was a Bot, which surprised me. The Bot gave validating feedback throughout the interview. I wasn't sure if that was a good sign or not, thinking the platform might do that in any case. But I got hired.
