I applied through Internshala and shortlisted for Interview at their Bangalore office. Interview session was around an hour, they asked all related to Digital Marketing, Pros: 1) Office infrastructure is good Cons: 1) They don't have a minimum common sense to give the candidate feedback after Interview, this is the disgusting thing 2) Founder Subham Charan, please spend some time in giving Interview feedback for the candidate, though the candidate has traveled far from his place and gives his Interview. Show some concern towards them, As a Founder doesn't mean that you can rule anything. Have some good manners that's the most important thing a Founder should have 3) After Interview, the candidate will be waiting for the result of an Interview, you and your senseless management won't respond to it. We have to wait for weeks or months for the result. Do you think we're Slaves or Beggars? If this is going to happen further, no candidates will attend for your Job postings. You're losing your own reputation Advice to Subham Charan: We apply for Interns, you people requires expert skills like Bill Gates, Jeff Bezos, etc. That doesn't happen in reality. Wake Up Subham Charan!!! I ask you one question: How can you expect a professional/expert skills from an Intern that too for a low salary?
