Pretty informal. Three Skype interviews concerning my experience with radiation transport Monte Carlo, and MatLab. We discussed the resources necessary to seriously develop a Monte Carlo application. From experience I stated I had always used big clusters. They insisted they had powerful workstations that turned out to be insufficient for the goal they had set.
