Interview Process consist of four rounds. Interview process will help you to know whether you can do this job or not. They had given a project. It helps me to know the the job nature.

They had given an example. The task was to explain about the dataflow in that example.
There was three interview sessions in Varal Consultancy. In first one I was asked some normal questions like about myself and my background, then second one was regarding project. Every interview was easy.
