I applied through Naukri. I got call back for Interview process it took 2day in Chennai July 2019
1st day u Will have General discussion with the MD
2nd day they will arrange company executives for each candidate and u will move out to the field with the company executive u ll be asked to Beg for donations..

There are two rounds first, F-to-F with the owner and if it is cleared then second your is practical evaluation. They say fake things in the interview by saying that their clients are blue chip companies and they will provide a good salary, but their only client is a NGO and the salary is only commission based and this information is not given until you work there for a week.

Round 3: Screening
Round 4:This is a special round where you will be taken out by the company executive to outside world and you have to beg a random person for donation .
Round 5: Now the MD of the beggar Organization gives you the job offer
Such a worst company I have ever seen
They say they are franchise of appco
But if you see about appco you can get even most worst reviews
