Entretien
The interview process at Vanta was exceptionally efficient and professional. It moved very quickly through the following stages:
1. HR Screening: An initial call to discuss fit and background.
2. Hiring Manager Interview: A more in-depth discussion about the role and expectations.
3. Sales Simulation: A dual interview with a Sales Manager and a Senior Account Executive. This round included a mock cold call, which was a practical way to demonstrate sales skills.
4. Sales & Revenue Operations Round: A final technical/functional discussion with a member of the RevOps team.
Throughout the entire experience, every interviewer was respectful and well-prepared. They asked high-quality, relevant questions and ensured there was plenty of time for me to ask my own questions. It was a fair process that felt like a positive reflection of the company's professional standards.

- How would you go about hitting your numbers?
- What would you do if you approached the end of the quarter and you realized that you're probably not going to meet the quota?
I've only completed the screen call but will be moving on to an interview with the hiring manager. The following will be about the Vanta principles and the last is a mock cold call.
not that hard but just because you get to final round doesnt mean its an offer. Id rather get dq before getting to final round. i feel like thats obvious

Entretien
The interview process was very good! Started off with a quick recruiter screen, followed by a hiring manager round, mock cold call, principles call with enablement manager, and a final wrap up call with the sales development director. The whole process was very quick and they were able to go through all of the rounds within a week so I was able to complete it on time to see through another job offer.
