My interview with Vans was conducted through HireVue and my responses were recorded as video segments. This process was impersonal and didn’t give me a chance to fully show the company who I am as a person.

Describe a time where you faced a difficult situation at work and how you overcame it. What did you learn from this experience?
in person, virtual over phone/video conference; one other interviewer was there taking notes. Most of the interview happens before you even start the interview as side conversation but they are gauging your interaction with others.

Tell me about a time you had to make a difficult decision what did you do and what was the outcome.
Only have an interview multiple times with the same person. Seems to be a little tedious as you don’t really get to show off your full skill set as most of the answers are recorded and then reviewed by interviewee and they ask the same questions.
