two stage process on site in the office with Managing directors discussing back ground and experience and team fit, first stage more informal second stage more formal and job questions
Great interview process - all questions answered and very transparent about the role and company. Very warm and comfortable experience being face-to-face in the lovely offices. Had a chat with 2 directors at length and helped find the right place for me in the team
