Direct Interview asking questions about my skills and experience and then they will explain their company policy and will ask for Rs 8k as a bond for four months. They'll offer 5-15k for 3 months and then 15-20k as a salary.

the interview process had 3 rounds , technical hr and one senior interaction. all the staff was co operative but the infrastructure is not good . there was average questions asked from the interviewer , about python and sql

Entretien
The process was very vague, the company doesn't have any proper office location so it was hard to locate it. Upon reaching the place (highly unhygienic), there weren't enough chairs to sit in the office.
Leaving all that, the main thing is, they are expecting people to work full time for 3 months without taking any salary, AND we have to pay them Rs 8000 as a security deposit. After 3 months, we "may" get a salary of around 15-20K.

Asked the things mentioned in the resume, although the interviewer didn't have any idea if I said the correct answer or not. It was basically for name's sake interview, just to get free employment to make their projects and if the person leaves before time, they get 8K money.
