This was a normal process with a call with a recruiter, then with a tenured employee followed by the hiring manager, and finished up with a call with the CEO & CTO. Nothing was a surprise in the process and the recruiter was helpful in updating me during the interview. Unfortunately, the organization became aggressive after an offer was given. I followed up with many questions and the response to these questions was lacking...they didn't answer the questions and told me I had to decide that day. It felt very different from how it began.
