VIOC's interview and hiring process is fast and efficient. The next day after applying online I received a phone call from their HR team and had an interview scheduled the same day! Then my orientation was scheduled for the end of the week. The following Monday was my first work day.

I had a Virtual interview with a recruiter through their ai system and they asked the standard questions that are normally asked in an interview and i then received an offer within 24hrs after having finished my interview

Online interview, it was fairly quick, they ask you questions about previous experiences and how you’ve dealt with certain issues in the past. And they ask you questions about what you would do in certain situations
