They started with an online test consisting of series of logical reasoning sort of questions.It was not so difficult but it was intriguing.But after then I got selected for the Face to face interview.It was really tough for me .The employer was so hard to convince when he got into a role play with me.But it was really challenging.To those who have not attended an interview you guys have to visit them so that you can improvise.
