HR panel who schedule the interviews for us very much supportive. But the Interview Panel are worst people I have ever seen. First round TR and the interviewer was very arrogant. At the end of interview he asked me to get clarify if you have questions. As I asked about is it project level or pool interview, he replied as why should I tell you. Who are you to question me. The most worst Panel member he was. Later I complained about him to HR. So that HR conducted interview for me with other panel and played a nice game. As their motive is to reject me. They conducted other TR and even though I answered all of the questions, they gave rating as 2/5 and promoted me for MR. In the MR round only he asked to introduce my self. And thats it, MR round is over. Finally said that you are not suitable for the role. Very cheap play from Valuelabs company. Why to waste our time if their motive is to reject us anyway.
