The process was straight forward, first a phone call from an HR associate, second interview was to fill in the profile. You are later introduced to potential customers and the customer drives the interview so it will be different depending on the customer.

Before interview HR told me that position is for Team Lead. I informed them that i haven't got any experience in leading the team in advance.
Still they had taken 2 rounds of interview and I had answered all the questions and all are correct as the process is very easy. When I asked for the feedback HR informed me that interview is cleared from my side but I haven't got any experience in leading the team.
They are wasting everyone time and taking interview for fun.

Entretien
The first round was conducted by a developer so it was all technical.
The fun started in the second round, where the architect got in . I said it was fun because , they want a person with MEAN stack experience as a Team Lead , and you know what the architect questions is like ? He wants us to write the syntax of angular templates.
I am really shocked to such talented people(especially the architect) who search for MEAN stack experienced as team lead, by testing their knowledge on writing syntax.
