Basic excel and logical test with data interpretation and more inclined to report development on the data. It is more about pivot tables use in Excel. This test is generally around 2.5 to 3 hrs .

There was a screening test followed by an Excel test which included basic finance formulas and a short case study. Though it was communicated that the test will have data related to mutual funds, that wasn't the case. The data set was more related from a industry analysis point of view.

Entretien
The selection process consisted of three phases: an initial assessment, a team-specific task, and an interview. The initial assessment and task were quite straightforward and manageable, especially with the ample time provided for completion. The interview felt more like a conversation than a formal interview. The senior management was very understanding of my personal limitations and tried to accommodate them accordingly.
