It was more of a conversation the manager I was interviewing with made me very comfortable. I was in furniture retail prior to applying to value city, a lot of the conversation was comparing processes and procedures.

Applied online. Phone call the next day. Interviewed same week. Quick and average. Has been a good experience so far. There has been absolutely issues with anything. Management and team seemed laid back and supportive.
