My profile was shortlisted after recruiter screened my profile. This was for Kochi location . i come from Hadoop platform experience with minimal knowledge in Azure. Valorem is Microsoft partnered company and expects candidate to have in depth knowledge on Azure. I had 2 teams call / interview with stateside team and both went well . Though my experience was on doing POC on Azure they sounded positive and as per their honest feedback wanted me to join the team as an architect as i have architect background. Response from recruiter after 2 technical discussion was that leadership team wanted an experienced candidate for the role . I dont understand why they made me attend 2 rounds that too late evening hours knowing i come with less experience in Azure. Totally disappointed and upset. Anyway for this role as per the process there are 2 technical and 2 leadership rounds. Dont expect beyond 50% hike no matter what role you apply in Data Analytics space.
