Received a request for interview approx. 1 week after applying. Met with the unit manager. Discussed personal experience, unit culture and population. Went through a few scenario type questions. Was officially offered job in a phone call same day on the drive home.

Entretien
I applied on the hospital website and got a call a few days later for an interview. It was an in person interview. I went on the floor and the manager interviewed me in her office. She also asked one of the other nurses working there and the charge nurse to join to see if I'll be a good fit for the unit.

Entretien
It was a Very friendly manager, she Asked me questions about potassium levels, a lot about diabetes, and then what to do in code situations. She Also asked scenario questions related to coworkers and management and how I would handle certain situations.
