I applied online and was called back within about 48 hours. Talked to the general manager for the district I applied in for a few minutes and met up with him within a day or two. Was then offered the position and started that next day.

Entretien
Very easy. Found the job via Craigslist. A day or so I received an email from the recruiter asking for my driver's license and proof of insurance to be submitted within 24 hours. A day or so later I was contacted by the district manager who wanted to meet up. Showed up to fill out paperwork. Got hired on the spot. That's it. It wasn't really an interview more of just a meet up to fill out paperwork for the job.

Met are manager onsite. The manager seemed desperate to hire. Possibly no one wants to do this crappy job. All he cared about was if I had a truck for the job.
