Applied for a role posted on LinkedIn. Process took almost two months, but largely due to the holiday season. Round 1: Spoke with the recruiting specialist, then met with him over lunch. (personal/professional background) Round 2: Met with a partner for a 1 hour, in office, interview. (background, behavioral, project execution) Round 3: Met with another partner off-site for a 1 hour interview. (behavioral / leadership). Round 4: On site, 3 step, final round comprised: - 1 hour interview with the managing partner (leadership / project delivery) - Case Analysis: Analyze a business case, create solution on white board, discuss/defend the solution to a panel. - Present a prior solution which successfully solved a critical business need and walk through creation and delivery of the solution.
