Process took 6 weeks. Interviewed with the whole team (peer, Director, Sr. Director, & VP) - All interviews were behavior/ Non-technical. Role is IC but reason for no offer was due to "lack of leadership" in prior experiences.

Contacted by the recruiter to set up an interview. Did a 30 minute interview with the hiring manager, and then two 30 minute interviews with other members of the team. Made it known that my schedule was tough the week I was contacted, but was pressured to schedule all interviews due to scheduling challenges on their end as well. I made it work. Then didn't hear anything for two weeks, at which point I respectfully asked for an update and was told a week later they were still figuring out next steps. After another month, asked for an update again and have not received a response, so it appears I'm being ghosted. Thought the interviews went well, but a timely rejection would have been accepted with no hard feelings to give me clarity as opposed to hearing nothing and being ignored.
