I applied online and walked around the resort introducing myself with a resume. I was rejected online for any management role because i did not have any experience on my resume. Even though I have a fashion degree and have been a point person for most of managers when they are away. One store asked me for an interview 30 minutes after I left for a supervisor role. I went in a week later for an interview with the assistant manager and then 2 days after that for a second interview with the Store Manager. The next day i was offered a job. Quick, easy and painless! I also had to be phone screened by someone.
