Entretien
I received an initial phone call interview, followed by a skills test in which I had 48 hours to complete. Upon complete the test, I had a 1 on 1 with the hiring manager, and then ultimately, a 1 on 1 with the hiring manager, and his boss. They asked a lot of good questions, and made sure to give me an accurate picture of what the position would entail.
The process was fine. Quick to review applications and schedule interviews. The HR rep was nice and the hiring manager was quick to request an interview after the screening call. They use an AI assistant to schedule interviews/distribute reminders and that felt clunky but didn't hinder the process.

Entretien
Phone interview followed by three in-person interviews at Broomfield HQ. Introduced by a recruiter. Process was very professional and the culture is excellent. Vail knows they are building a world class team first to build a world class company.
