Pretty straightforward. I was contacted about 2 weeks after I applied, went through a very brief phone screening/interview, and was scheduled to come in for an in-person interview the following week. At the in-person interview, the hiring manager confirmed the salary ($10/hr), but didn't mention that my hours would fluctuate, depending on the time of the season. This meant that my paycheck took a huge hit when my hours were suddenly cut a month before the season ended, and I basically had to quit early to find another job.
