Entretien
I was contacted by the Resource Management Team for an initial phone interview. Afterwards I had two more phone interviews, one with the person who would be my boss. After "passing" the phone interviews I was invited for onsite interviews. I had seven 30 minute interviews, one included lunch. Everyone was very friendly and the questions were not technically difficult. Seemed like they were making sure I would fit in the culture of the company.
The Resource Manger was super helpful in providing guidance on how to interview, information about the company, what to wear, etc.

Basic interview questions such as "tell me about yourself", "why are you looking for a new job", why do you want to work at Vail", etc.

Entretien
Phone screen with recruiter - the phone screen went well as my background was closely aligned with the position however the recruiter mentioned that my salary was a bit over where they were and that he would check with the hiring manager. I never heard back even when I frequently reached out to the recruiter. I was warned that they pay on the low side but found it quite annoying they don't even take the time to let me know to move on with my search. Seems like they are a poor org to work and mostly filled with contractors, I'm better off.
