You will first apply online, then if accepted you will have 8 interview questions that you tape yourself responding too, and you only have two takes on each question so make it count. If you get past this you will have a phone interview and possibly a second phone interview, although I was hired after the first.

Two phone screens. Super friendly on the calls. They wanted to learn about my history skiing and why I was interested in becoming an instructor. After the offer was given to me they were great about answering questions I had about the position.
