I did a phone interview and then a skype interview a few days later. It was very relaxed and there were not many difficult questions. Interview times were flexible which was good because I was hiking at the time. They hired me a few hours after the interview

Easy internerview process, the setup was very formal and they wanted to know my previous employment history and if i am happy with manual labour and working outdoors in the cold extreme weather
