Entretien
I was first contacted by HR for a phone screen where they asked basic questions about education and why I want to work there. Once you pass the phone screen the hiring supervisor contacted be via email to set up a phone interview. She asked similar questions and gave me examples of customer service situations and asked how I would handle them.
I got a call from the hiring manager, she asked if I can ski blue runs comfortably. I told her I could, and then I was hired. It was very simple and straightforward, although it is somewhat difficult to get housing if you’re not full time.

Two phone screens. Super friendly on the calls. They wanted to learn about my history skiing and why I was interested in becoming an instructor. After the offer was given to me they were great about answering questions I had about the position.
