I had 2 interviews with Vaco and one with the manager of the company I would be working at through Vaco. One interview was a phone interview, the other onsite. The one with the manager of the other company was onsite.

Got contacted by a recruiter, submitted my application and met with a VACO manager for a 1-1 interview. It took about two to three weeks after the recruiter initially reached out to actually get an interview. Very basic behavioral question, not a lot of enthusiasm from the interviewer -- but they were friendly.
