1 call with Vaco, 1 call with their client company I was to work for, 1 call right after the second call. In the first interview my recruiter asked me what I was looking for and pulled up possible options (only 1 company) then sent me the details in an email after. They expected me to go in even though I never received an offer letter nor had I a confirmed start date. When I asked for clarification through email my recruiter asked me to call her manager who basically blamed me and told me it "wouldn't look good" to back out now (again, I never received an offer letter nor signed anything). I indicated that I never received a confirmed start date and the manager asked "well weren't you outside the country?" even though throughout my vacation I had perfectly good internet and phone access and contacted my recruiter multiple times. Horrible communication between the team and very negative experience towards the end.
