2 interviews- one with Vaco Recruiter the other with the clients manager. Recruiter asks básic interview questions, clients manager asks in depth questions. Recruiter does a great job of preparing you for the managers questions

Very easy! Very laid back process. Very basic interview questions and no technical questions. Definitely interviewed me based on personality and fitting in with the team more than anything. It was 2 round of interviews with the boss here and the regional manager. Made sure I was a people person.
