The interview process has been casual but lengthy. Overall it has been positive and straight forward. There are three or four phases for this position. The challenging part is being patient since the process doesn’t move very quickly.

Questions included details about prior experience, salary, and character questions.
I didn’t do an interview, but I completed a phone screen that I thought was awful. It was sign I didn’t want to work with the organization. The interviewer went thru my work experience asking questions about why I left each job opposed to leaning how my skill set aligned to the position. She seemed very intrusive and provided info on how I could improve how I’m represented on LinkedIn. I understand this is an agency, but I feel there should be coaching on how to screen candidates.
