Emailed to schedule initial call for first round. Interviewer didn't mention via email that my compensation package was significantly outside the range of what the company could offer (100k base plus 15k stock), but did start the call by informing me. The HR contact provided alright insight into the company about half of which was easily found online either via their website or other easy to find sources. The interviewer did not have deep knowledge of the position.
