I applied online, had 2 phone screens and one in person interview with 4 people for 2 hours. The whole process took 2 weeks, they were fast and fairly responsive. Everyone I met with was very nice and the office is beautiful. All the interviewers said they were very impressed with my skills so I was bummed out when my application did not move forward. It was unclear wether after the interview there were additional steps or that was the final step.
