Sketchy - met at Atlanta Bread Co. Interviewer was late. Asked fairly routine questions. Didn't shake my hand - didn't make eye contact. I felt he was just going thru the steps without any real interest. Didn't establish any kind of rapport during the process. During the interview it became obvious I was going to be offered the job and I was told the training process was extensive - it wasn't! Sam Al-Drabi is a "paperwork" leader, doing everything in the computer with little else in the way of support during the interview process or training.
