Entretien
The interview process was setup in two parts. The first interview just seemed to be based on personality moreso than anything. They just want to get to know who you are and see if you'd be potentially a good fit for their team. The second interview was a very vague overview of what the position actually entails. It wasn't until I asked a few questions post-interview that I got the information that I was searching for. This position does have quite a bit of door-to-door sales aspects to it which could be suitable for someone, but just not for me.
Everyone that I met, however, was very friendly with me and polite.

I was asked what the person closest to me would say are my 3 top strengths are and what my 1 weakness would be.
Reached out to me, the interview was about 30 minutes. Not difficult and they were easy to talk to. Glad I read Glassdoor because I had a really weird feeling about them. I was contacted on a Wednesday and by the following Monday had a job offer, this was after 2 interviews. This is most definitely a marketing scam, as you move up into levels you are expected to own a branch but there is no knowledge of what the actual company you are intending to work for.

Entretien
Very vague on what my position and pay would actually be. There is no salary for someone who just starts they just give them "bonuses" but when I got the email for an interview, it stated I would make 40-50k so that was a lie. They seemed very sketchy and weird from the beginning. After reviewing the pay and long hours, declined their offer.
