The interview process was very productive and thoughtful. A 30 minute phone call with the head of HR, a second phone call with the Hiring Manger, and a final interview that is just short of 2 hours where you get asked behavioral / situational questions, and a powerpoint where you review various ad campaigns. They tell you the next steps of the interview process, so you don't have to guess, and they respond within a few days after each round.
