J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez VNS Health en mars 2022
Entretien
I had an initial screening interview with the recruiter which was pleasant. She went over the role, what the company offers, etc. Then I was scheduled for an interview with the hiring manager. That went well, After that a panel interview where they asked me to prepare a presentation and project proposal for a quality improvement project based on data they provided. In hindsight, I should have never done it. It was free work. The panel interview went well. I then went on to meet with the head of the department. She liked me but I found out she contacted my former boss. Nothing terrible was said but I think it influenced her decision not to hire me. The role was supposed to be remote but I found out the department head likes to have her staff in the office. That wouldn't have worked for me at this point in time. Overall, not a terrible experience.

I applied online and heard back from an on staff HR recruiter the next week. She scheduled a phone interview just to go over my experience and ask my salary requirements. I was then asked to have a phone interview with who would be my supervisor/manager. She liked me and asked me to come in for a Interview with the team. I also had to create a presentation displaying my ability to use excel pivot tables and present pertinent data. It was nerve wracking but fun!
