They publish ads on gumtree site. I have sent my cv and got a call few days later. They conducted first a phone interview with me approximately 5-10 min long. Then they booked a second interview via skype where they have asked me quite a few questions how would I fix certain issues (cannot remember exact issues though). After skype interview they have offered me a job and provided me with induction and training few days later. Few days later I was already working with one of their clients on site.
