This was one of the worst interviews I've ever experienced. I was contacted for the interview, but the entire process was unprofessional. The interviewer spent the time giving unsolicited advice and immediately told me I lacked the necessary skills and knowledge. While I appreciate honesty, why call me for an interview after reviewing my resume? It was clear from the start that I wouldn't progress to the next round, making the entire process feel like a bad-taste experiment. This experience has left me very disappointed, especially since I was initially excited about the position and VML. After this encounter, I don't think I will ever apply there again.
