Tres entrevistas. 1) Directora de cuentas. 2) Copywriter senior. 3) ECD. Entrevistas con preguntas personales y a nivel de conocimiento del sector. Experiencias pasadas y tipo de proyectos realizados anteriormente. Bastante informal y tranquilo.

¿Qué es la creatividad? ¿En qué tipo de proyectos has trabajado? ¿Qué clientes y sectores conoces? ¿Qué cosas sabes hacer?
Positive interview experience with several levels of creative people at the organization. Good benefits including a 401k, health, dental and vision. Group creative director was very knowledgeable and willing to train younger writers.

Entretien
Interview process was fine- friendly and nice people. Be prepared for ghosting. HR will talk to you about how much they despise sending depersonalized rejection emails to trick you into thinking they care but they end up ghosting you after final round interview.
They asked me questions related to the role and I answered them and then we talked about movies and it was fine. It was a job interview. They mostly seemed to want to gauge whether or not I was a psycho.
