There was a short application and I sent in a video telling about me. Then I taught a mock class. From there I was accepted and could start with a level 2 certification.

Initial application with resume, 30 min video call with interviewer directly in China within a few days of sending application, followed by offer of employment via online portal. Upon acceptance, immediate opening of class schedule online.

Straightforward interview that offered a solid overview on the company and requirements. There is a mock-class portion of the interview where you use the interactive platform to teach a short lesson and get feedback and suggestions.
The interview process is a very detailed and long interview process. The company will thoroughly go through your application, request your credentials, and ask you to complete a mock class.
