Interview process was relatively fun and easy if you're comfortable doing part of a mock teaching lesson. They may do it differently now, but that's what I had to do when I interviewed.

It was very frustrating for myself. It did not take just one mock interview to pass, nor two, nor even three. I almost gave up. In fact i did. Then i realized the choice was mine. They werent stopping me. I figured lije riding a bicycle it was a matter of time to do well. On the 7th time!!!!! I passed. Now have been with VIPKID for nearly a full year, on 2nd contract.

Entretien
The interview process was easy, the interviewer was pleasant and we shared a few laughs. Doing the demo lesson was easy, as the lesson contact is sent to you via email a few days before you interview - which gives you enough time to prepare.

Submit a video interview following the example of the demo video. Then, you are supposed to hear back within a day or two. The next step is a live interview.
