The interview process was pretty long and took about 8 days. I felt very mislead because you have the initial interview which you pass, and after they say you need to pass your mock class to start teaching. This made it sound like the mock class was training and that I pretty much had the job. They then made me go through 3 hours of online material and two mock classes which also took a lot of hours to prepare for and all you have to go off is videos from youtube that they send you to prepare and the downloaded lesson slides. They want you to set up your "classroom" with props and then also make sure all your technology is working. They also strongly encourage you to get orange shirt. About 70 dollars later and probably 10+ hours of work, I got an email with positive feedback, yet it said that my mock class was unsuccessful and I was not chosen. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME, ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE A LICENSED TEACHER. We deserve better!

Interview process was relatively fun and easy if you're comfortable doing part of a mock teaching lesson. They may do it differently now, but that's what I had to do when I interviewed.
