More like the application process. Had to apply through a phone app? Huh? So had to register with Payoneer (I think a Paypal rip off?), that I never heard of let alone will likely ever use. Then spent hours doing my profile, etc. for registration. Their app was not working properly so I had to repeat the process 4 times before it worked. I have taught ESL for over 12 months (teaching children and adults online and in the classroom, and have several years (about 8 years full time) of teaching experience. They rejected me because I am not American or Canadian. They only want someone familiar with American culture... which makes little sense. I am Australian and I have lived in the US and Canada. Because of the media, there is not that much of a difference between cultures. These guys are no good. And their reviews are clearly bogus (an American term). They obviously give their teachers incentives to write positive reviews. And they are not the only online school to conducts this practice. And Glassdoor should be more wary of this practice and be discerning when it comes to the acceptance of such reviews.
