To be honest, it was very bad. The interview took place in some kind of call center, and it was hard to hear the interviewer. Also, the interviewer did not speak the best English . I was informed that they record the interviews and hr reviews it to determine if you will be hired. I don't understand what they can base this off if the entire interview is loud and it is not possible to hear what anyone is saying. This leads me to believe that they hire based on appearance, and likely race. Also, I think it is unprofessional to demand POTENTIAL employees purchase anything until they actually are guaranteed a job. This was actually the worst interview I have ever experienced.
